Summer...

Summer...were did you go???!!! If you can't tell, I'm still in shock that fall is in full swing. I really was not ready for the season change this year. On the happy flip-side, my summer was filled with numerous weddings loaded with beautiful unique blooms, travels to stunning wedding venues and endless love from all the newly married couples! Reflection

Getting caught up in the whirlwind of life is easy...taking the time to reflect can be hard. These photos showcase a scenes of stillness and simple elegance that I look for in my work and what I need to remember in life {especially when I get overwhelmed and bogged down} to gain balance. Spring~

Spring blooms in so many ways...after the long winter this year I am very eager for Spring! Budding branches that bust with color, fresh scents of moss and crisp moisture and "Ahhhh"...the warmth of sun on my face. I don't know about you, but this year I am taking it all in on so many levels. Here in the studio it feels good to get organized and tackle some much needed Spring cleaning along with dedicated art time to recreate and get the creative juices flowering...{hahaha} I mean flowing! Amanda and Quinn, the happiest couple to work with...nothing but smiles. Pinecones and glitter accents with navy blue touches define the unique elements of this wedding. Enchanted Wedding

Megan and Adam...it was such a pleasure working with you both, your love for each other is so strong and overflowing. Seeing the happiness from you both along with all your family and friends, was contagious! This is just a peek of your day, there were so many personal details that you had throughout The Enchanted Barn for all your guests, just too many to note. It was a joy for me that Megan was completely open to the unique world of flowers, we played with texture and exotic blooms in this pink to white ombre palette. xo
